President, Pure Healthcare Anthony Evans

Anthony serves as President of Pure Healthcare and will focus his efforts on ensuring that this first-of-its-kind care model will be a welcome resource for those facing complex medical conditions, chronic illnesses and quality-of-life issues. Anthony is dedicated to integrated health services and the care of individuals in our communities.

Chief Medical Officer, Pure Healthcare Chirag Patel, MD, FAAHPM

Dr. Patel is a leader in palliative and chronic care initiatives in greater Dayton and has established himself as an innovator, mentor and passionate patient advocate. He is dedicated to ensuring patients receive easier-to-access care that puts the whole person at the center.

Physician Veronica Ines Camacho, MD

Dr. Camacho earned her medical degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Simon (UMSS) School of Medicine in Bolivia. She completed an internal medicine residency at the Kettering Medical Center in 2012 followed by a Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2013. Dr. Camacho is a member of the American College of Physicians. She has been a staff member at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton since 2015.

Physician Richard Greeno, MD

Dr. Greeno earned his undergraduate degrees University of California, Davis, and Duke University. He earned his medical degree from East Tennessee State University in 1992. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Wright State University in 1995. He transitioned over to hospice and palliative medicine in 2013. Dr. Greeno joined the Ohio’s Hospice organization in 2018. He is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He also holds a certification in the Hospice and Palliative Medicine subspecialty from the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Physician Valerie Houseknecht, MD

Physician Priyamvada Murali, MD

Dr. Murali earned her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University, and medical degree from the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in 2014. She completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Murali is board certified and has been a physician with Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton since 2019.

Physician Anna Zivkovich, MD

Dr. Zivkovich earned her undergraduate education from Denison University before receiving her medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Zivkovich completed an internal medicine residency at the Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has served as a hospitalist at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton since 2011.
